attendees. Our lead retrieval services allow the exhibitor to capture
essential attendee contact information needed to initiate the sales
process. With a simple scan of the attendee’s badge,
the exhibitors can instantly capture their contact information. The
exhibitor will continuously build a file of that contact

The LEADER
THE LEADER is our streamlined lead retrieval unit that allows you to easily
capture leads with a simple scan of the attendee’s badge. You will leave the
show with a paper printout of your lead data and access to your leads via your own
password protected website.
Includes: Handheld laser scanner, controller unit with printer, and
one complete roll of paper. No downloading is required.
* The LEADER requires 120volt/2amps/240watts of electricity.

The Mobile LEADER
The Mobile LEADER is our small, lightweight, portable scanner that runs on a
rechargeable battery. All leads from this unit will be uploaded every hour to
your very own password protected website. You may access your leads with unlimited
login capability beginning at any point during the event through six months after
the event. There is no fee for this service.
Includes: Handheld scanner, website and password.
* The Mobile LEADER will require nightly recharging. ARI will supply charger.

AccuConnect
AccuConnect allows your attendees and exhibitors to reconnect post show.
We will send each attendee scanned on the show floor a complete list
of exhibitors who scanned their badge. We offer the opportunity for
exhibitors to boost their presence in this list by adding their company
logo, website URL, contact information and even a brief company or product
description.
